Holy crap...Thanksgiving was rough...we had my family over and Seb and Jess and Sean and Steph. I ate like a fucking pig the past five days. I gained five pounds and I haven't skated or worked out at all. I can't wait till tomorrow, we are going to ride Lake Mary and then it's Vans on Wedensday. No more food!

Did one in 22:45 on the treadmill. Sweat was everywhere...have to wipe it down from now on.

Ran it 23:02...I was hoping to go under 23 but it was hot and uphill. We had a great time though.
